Star Clusters are samples of stars born at the same time, at the same distance, from the samemolecular cloud, differing only in mass. We shall observe a wide variety of star clusters (depending on our observation time), couple the data with Gaia and plot HR diagrams for the clusters. Firstly, we can use the data to plot HR diagrams of the clusters, find their distances and ages. Secondly, we shall overlay the HR diagrams obtained to look for gaps in the main sequence and explain them in terms of physical processes taking place in stars lying near the gaps.
