This pair of small telescopes is situated inside the enclosure next to the northern 0.4m LCOGT telescope. The aim of the project is provide low cost and light-weight (physical and in terms of overheads) all sky scans. The telescopes are looking for anything in the night sky which is varying in position or brightness. The system is fully automated and is checked over approximately once every 6 months.
The system has no moving filter wheel, with one camera having a fixed I filter and the other with a fixed V filter. Their field of view is very large at 8.5º x 8.5º, compared to the 4.6" x 4.6" of Faulkes Telescope North.
