The Nature of Light

SpaceBook Chapter 7 The Nature of Light

This guide describes the electromagnetic spectrum, including visible light. Light, and other forms of elecromagnetic radiation that we can't see, are what astronomers use to learn about the nature of the universe. From X-ray telescopes to optical and radio telescopes, astronomers study the Universe using radiation that reaches Earth from space.
