About

Gee-Whiz Astronomy Modeling (GWAM) collects small group of students, teachers, and scientists, for astronomy education projects supported by Global Hands-on Universe. Participants collaborate online synchronously for one hour a week at a time manageable to people all six represented continents. The shared goal is learning how to collect and analyze astronomical image sequences. We study variability in various sources, including X-ray sources, blazars, exoplanets, and other interesting objects.
