Kilonova Seekers - LCO: STAR involves volunteers in all aspects of transient astronomy. Volunteers collaboratively decide which transient discoveries to follow up from the Kilonova Seekers citizen science project, trigger observations, create light-curves, and produce colour images, guided by a lead observer from the project’s volunteers, in addition to online training and support from the project team..This project fosters a global, inclusive community of citizen scientists, empowering them to drive their own science with the capabilities of LCO.
