NGC 300 (Caldwell 70) is a spiral galaxy in the constellation Sculptor. It is inclined on a 42° angle when viewed from the Earth and is 94000 light-years in diameter. Discovered by James Dunlop, it is located roughly 6.07 million light-years from Earth.
