All LCO images are stored in a compressed FITS format called FPack. If you are having problems using data from LCO please see our FPack trouble-shooting guide.
Each LCO FITS file includes image data and photometry data (extracted using SEP during our data pipeline processing). Below is an example of how to access and use the photometry and image data from a single FITS file, using Python.
